You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of outputs complies with applicable law, contracts, and platform rules where that content is published or distributed.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
